Tochstrips en tochtband

De volgende materialen worden veel gebruikt als tochtstrip of tochtband

PVC celband
PVC celband is uiterst geschikt als o.a. tochtband tussen kozijnen op spouwbladen, in sponningen waar kozijnen koud tegen elkaar gemonteerd worden en als tochtstrip. De PVC tochtstrips zijn zeer goed bestand tegen weersinvloeden, veroudering en U.V.-stralen. Het PVC flexband is een zeer duurzaam isolatiemateriaal. Het PVC cellenband is te leveren in de kleuren wit en grijs/antraciet.

EPDM celband
EPDM celrubber is een hoogwaardige afdichting tegen water en andere vloeistoffen. EPDM celband kenmerkt zich door een hoge mechanische eigenschap. EPDM cellenband is bestand tegen veroudering en vlekt niet. Dit schuimband wordt gebruikt als tochtbandje in stalen en aluminium ramen , electro-industrie, scheidingswanden, als geluiddempend materiaal in de carrosserie- en vliegtuigbouw.

Weatherstrips or weatherstripping

PVC foam
Grey PVC semi-closed cell foam is typically used for weatherstrips, expansion joints, movement joints, insulation tape and sealants. Flexible PVC foam is also used as a sealant and often comes as PVC adhesive tape. Some of its characteristics include good resistance to weathering, ageing and U.V. PVC adhesive foam tape works well in a variety of temperatures.

EPDM foam rubber
Closed cell foam rubber EPDM has a good U.V.- and ageing resistance and does not stain on for example white paint. Closed cell rubber EPDM has good mechanical properties and is often used as expansion joint, weatherstrip or rubber sealant to absorb shocks or to seal against water and air. This EPDM foam rubber is used as foamtape in steel and aluminium windows, electro industry and in the automotive industry.

Mousse PVC
La mousse PVC est flexible, par conséquence elle est souvent utilisée dans des joints d’étanchéité. Le joint PVC a un usage prolongé. Il est fréquemment retrouvé comme joints de construction dans la construction de fenêtre, façade, cave, conduite de cheminées, climatisation d’air, toiture, agencement intérieur, calfeutrement, bardages de tous types et de préfabrication légère. La mousse cellulaire PVC isole bien contre le courant d’air, l'humidité, les vibrations et les chocs. Ce type de bande PVC a une bonne résistance au vieillissement, aux intempéries et aux rayons U.V.

Mousse EPDM
Le caoutchouc cellulaire EPDM à cellules fermées est une isolant de haute qualité. La mousse EPDM a des bonnes caractéristiques mécaniques. Le joint EPDM étanche a une bonne tenue au vieillissement et est non-tachant. La bande EPDM est souvent utilisé comme joint d’étanchéité ou joint de dilatation dans l’industrie électrotechnique, la construction et l’industrie automobile.

Dichtungsstreifen und Zellband

PVC-Zellband
Der PVC-Schaum hat eine gute Alterungs-, Witterungs- und UV-Beständigkeit. Die selbstklebende Dichtung aus PVC-Schaumband für Türen und Fenster wird als Schutz vor Kälte, Luftzug, Staub und Feuchtigkeit gebraucht. PVC ist lieferbar selbstklebend, doppelseitig selbstklebend oder nicht selbstklebend in Dichtungsstreifen, Platten und Stanzteilen.

EPDM-Zellband
Zellkautschuk EPDM ist eine hochwertige Abdichtung gegen Wasser und andere Flüssigkeiten. EPDM-Zellband oder EPDM-Klebeband hat gute mechanische Eigenschaften. Das Abdichtungsband hat eine gute Alterungsbeständigkeit und verursacht keine Fleckenbildung. EPDM-Abdichtungsstreifen werden viel gebraucht in Stahl- und Aluminiumfenstern und auch in Trennwandelementen. Die EPDM-Dichtungsstreifen werden viel verarbeitet in der Elektroindustrie und als Schallisolierung in zum Beispiel in der Flugzeugindustrie.
